Client reached out to us with helping them segregate and review the quality and quantity of items that had to be accounted for after a Major FPSO conversion in Dubai. Our team of 5 Inspectors, swiftly identified the issues, helped them identify items which had no marking, labelling etc. We successfully made a database of all the materials in a spreadsheet, with traceability and Heat Numbers. This enabled the client’s logistics and procurement team to get control of all the items and co-ordinate with their offshore team. The items included Valves, Fittings, Plates, Beams, Pipes & fasteners
