Umbilical Production Inspection for a Major Operator in Rosyth, Scotland, UK

Client reached out to us with an urgent requirement to monitor production,spooling and expediting the Umbilical spool that had to be shipped urgently for installation offshore. Highly experienced Inspector was mobilised in 3 days and followed up with the supplier and enhanced production whilst keeping the quality under check. Umbilical spool was delivered successfully on time saving significant costs. MRB and other documents were also reviewed.

Left over Material checks and assessment on a FPSO conversion – Dubai, UAE

Client reached out to us with helping them segregate and review the quality and quantity of items that had to be accounted for after a Major FPSO conversion in Dubai. Our team of 5 Inspectors, swiftly identified the issues, helped them identify items which had no marking, labelling etc. We successfully made a database of all the materials in a spreadsheet, with traceability and Heat Numbers. This enabled the client’s logistics and procurement team to get control of all the items and co-ordinate with their offshore team.

Sea water lift Pumps - Major order by EPC Company – Bergen, Norway

Client reached out to us to support them on Hydrostatic testing, Motor Type test, Performance curve test and FI as part of a major order that they had with their supplier in Norway. A resident inspector was mobilized on a short notice with the successful completion and delivery of the items ordered. Inspector helped streamline the operations

Root Cause Failure Analysis – Valves – Norway

Inspector was mobilized to assist the client with a RCFA on some valves that had been ordered. These valves had successfully passed pressure test, and FI and packed according to the procedure but failed when they were installed during SIT. Our inspector enabled the client to find the Root cause of the failure. This was then resolved with close coordination with the supplier and the Client.
